The challenge
Agent X brought every customer channel into a single workspace, much like a CRM does for a sales team. The company needed a way to make that efficiency easy for clients to see and get excited about.
What I did
- Animated the interface in After Effects to walk through the key features: task organization, live chat management, knowledge base access and customer history
- Framed the story around faster workflows and long-term cost savings for client care centers
- Produced two versions: this short marketing cut and a longer walkthrough of each section
The result
Both videos were used in client demos and proposals for years after launch.
