The challenge
This blind’s selling point is its flexibility: the roof unzips and the walls can be reoriented for different setups. That flexibility only matters if a first-time user can follow every option.
What I did
- Built the manual around a 12-step photo sequence, from unpacking to the finished blind
- Toned each step photo to grayscale and added arrow callouts so every motion is obvious at a glance
- Documented each alternate configuration, including removing the roof and reorienting the walls
- Kept each step to a single line of text so the photo does the explaining
The result
A visual guide a first-time user can follow step by step, including the less obvious reconfigurations that set this blind apart.
